Intro to psychological behaviour

Welcome to our comprehensive mental health education program. Through this course, learners will explore common mental illnesses, their causes, symptoms, and the various support and treatment options available. They will learn to identify the signs of mental health issues and gain the skills needed to provide help and support to those in need. Additionally, learners will gain a clear understanding of mental illness, its root causes, and the broader impact of mental health on the economy.

Culture Design

The job to be done is to create a workplace culture that fosters belonging, equity, and psychological safety for all. An exclusionary culture can lead to low employee engagement, diminished innovation, and high turnover. Additionally, there may be a lack of effective strategies for addressing microaggressions and fostering open communication, as well as difficulty aligning culture with DE&I values and integrating them into organizational practices. By participating in this program, you will learn cultural assessment methods to identify areas for improvement, design and implement inclusive practices and policies that promote belonging and equity, and develop strategies for fostering open communication and constructively addressing microaggressions.
