As a VC-funded Climate FinTech, we believe that capital is the key to accelerating the energy transition. The challenge we face is immense: by 2050, €150 trillion (!) needs to be invested globally to achieve climate neutrality. We are developing digital financing solutions for these investments in green infrastructure and hardware.

Our Product: We work closely with manufacturers, vendors and installers of green hardware such as energy storage, solar or heat pumps so that their customers can rent the systems and machines instead of buying them. We offer the technical and financial basis for this as a product in a web app. With our product, we are massively driving forward the expansion of renewable energies and enabling new sales for manufacturers and vendors. Our customers are enthusiastic and sales are in great demand.

• You play a pivotal role in shaping our product and delivering a ‘Wow’ experience for our customers.
• You treat the product as your own, sharing the founders' passion and obsession for its success.
• Collaborate closely with the two founders on product vision, strategy, and operational tasks to ensure the product's growth and success.
• Guide the software development team to deliver the most impactful features efficiently.
• Conduct interviews (very good German required) and collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand and address theneeds of manufacturers, vendors, installers and their clients.
• Our customer journey is your territory, one you know inside and out. You have a comprehensive view of the entire product and focus on the most critical touchpoints.
• Set up tracking systems, utilize data to inform product decisions and make evidence based improvements.
• Consistently test and validate hypotheses and new ideas, analyzing the entire customer journey to improve UX and drive growth.
• Balance zooming in to efficiently handle daily operational tasks with zooming out to continuously re-evaluate priorities based on the product strategy.
• Act as a growth hacker who discovers novel and innovative ways to ensure the product grows quickly and successfully.

• You have experience with B2B (or B2B2C) Web-App products, especially in taking early-stage products to product-market-fit.
• You speak and understand German at a native speaker level (C1 proficiency)
• You take strong responsibility and accountability.
• A keen eye for detail and pragmatic about working with limited startup resources.
• You know how to conduct insightful user interviews, set up tracking systems and validate critical hypotheses.
• You have experience designing a good User Experience and don’t shy back from using designing tools (Figma, XD,..) to create wireframes and mockups.
• You are entrepreneurial and hands-on with a testing mindset and eager to continuously learn.
• You are familiar with the basics of common collaboration techniques (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.) to work efficiently with the development team.
• You are passionate about sustainability and motivated to combat the climate crisis.
• Experience with target groups such as craftsmen, installers, or homeowners, as well as in leasing, financing, BNPL, or embedded finance, is an advantage.
