• Management of two interdisciplinary teams with currently approx. 20 employees at the Hamburg location, including the support functions legal, document management, scheduling, project risk management, project insurance, geographic information system and project assistance
• Maintaining and further developing the service character and qualifications in line with the current and future requirements of offshore projects
• Leading the team within the organizational unit (professionally and disciplinary), including an active part in the hiring process and selection of qualified new employees enriching the team
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other organizational units and the projects to ensure maximum project success
• Optimization and further development of project services workflows to establish a best practice approach to further increase EnBW's competitiveness in Germany and abroad

• Degree in engineering or sciences or comparable qualification acquired through many years of professional experience
• Several years of project management experience of large-scale projects, preferably in the offshore wind sector, as well as management experience with a comparable management span of heterogeneous teams including the individual application of various management tools
• Strategic-conceptual, entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary as well as service-oriented thinking, self-confidence and a high degree of team spirit, strong independent working style and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to actively tackle the challenges of the (international) offshore project business
• Fluent English language skills are required; German language skills are desirable
